Here's what I would do.  If you can, move your waterbox up closer to the starting line so all the cars can do their burnout through the starting line and then back up.  You need to get rubber to stay on the starting line.  If you see a bald spot starting to form, spray the starting line resin (SLR) on it and do a burn out across it.  Eventually you will get rubber to stay.  Let me know if this helps.
