Title: Hello new here, and new 1/4mile

My name is john silness, and i work at hekla. I drive the little red coupe (audi s2) with silness-racing on the sides. I am a real hopeless audifan(atic) \:D/ I tested the 1/4mile and now i am hooked, its real fun, and the people are real nice. I am originally from Norway, but love living here in iceland.
Well the car is a 1991 audi s2, with the well known 5cyl inline turbo engine.
The car is standard asides from new turbo, 3"downpipe and exhaust, injectors, map and all alubushes.

First time out was best 13.7 and 60 feet of 1.9 (with spinning tires and locked diff)
Best run so far in this season, is 13.2 and 60 feet 1.8... so i am really happy and, its going to be fun to see how much better i can do it. More tuning and more practise...  :mrgreen:

Men ja far nu skriva pa svenska even om de ar svart med islanska bokstafer , de ar sa sellen at jag kan göra de och folk förstar mig :excited:

jupp practice makes perfect thats for shure, try try again.
bigger engine is built, both for me and for eirikur, new turbine well next year maybe, more boost well, hopefully on friday. =D>

ja ja then it has new injectors and more boost and m m m it runs pretty good now, could always run better but, think i will get a better time, as soon as i have changed my gearbox...  :oops: he he houling like a dog, after 260 000km and to much tourque...  :-({|=

ja ja shit happens, hopefully i will get the new/old one in before next practice.

and a little secret is on its way :-#
