Title: Looking for Audi V8 in Iceland

Hi,

I'm a great Audi V8 (88-94) enthusiast and am collecting pictures from Audi V8 from all over the world. Until now, I have images from 41 countries. Unfortunately, I have never seen an Audi V8 from Iceland, but I know there has to be at least one as I've found an offer on the internet recently. I've visited Iceland last spring and haven't seen any as well :(

Hence, I ask you if anybody of you owns one, knows anybody who owns one or has ever own one. In case one of those options fit, I would be really happy if you could provide me an image of the V8 with the Icelandic number plate on it :)

there was old audi v8 in blönduós, few years ago, was black and is gone now, havent sean him after that, owners name jakob, have company....léttitćkni

Dismantled a few months ago and sold in parts..(not by me though)

as far as i know this was the only v8 car here  at iceland.   

i did see this car driving in 2009, looked ok  then

no, there were others,, I know of one 1989, 3,6 auto, also dismantled...

Hi Gulag,

it's great that you were able to post a picture of the V8 here! I was absolutely sure that has to be one on Iceland, even though it has never been officially exported :) It's a real shame that it has been parted :(
Do you have any further images of the car, ideally showing it with Icelandic nature in the back and with the Icelandic number plate on it? I'd appreciate it really much.

actually I was able to get the engine from this car, V8, 4.2, Im probably going to put it in my 83 urquattro..

ég efast um ađ ţađ liggi einhverjir V8 bílar og rotna..

ég var aldrei neitt vođalega hrifinn af ţessum bíl, mér fannst hann of ţunglamalegur, S4 bíllinn sem ég á núna er miklu skemmtilegri bíll, hann er međ 20V 5 cyl vélinni, og ég get alveg ímyndađ mér ađ sá bíll međ 4,2 vélinni sé mjög skemmtilegur..
ţađ eru held ég 2 eđa 3 ţannig bílar til hér á íslandi.
