The car is an '86 Audi 4000 (80 in other countries). This Type85 has some parts where I am not absolutely sure of their origin. The rear spoiler looks like a stock Audi part for example. AudiDudi says that it is one of only 17 Treser 4000 quattros that were imported into the USA. The colour is "Toronado Red". The interieur is black and -apart from a leather Treser steering wheel- stock.
Supension-wise, Treser springs and a stiffer front anti-roll bar are noteworthy. The original Treser TRX wheels were replaced with 5-spoke American racing rims by the owner, as there seem to be no TRX tires left in the USA!
